Some notable problems for dedusting system with ESP at preheating tower

新型干法水泥生产线窑尾废气利用和排放存在多种工艺布置,不同工艺配套电除尘器形成的系统呈现出不同的特点。对于不同的系统,应从工艺方案设计开始兼顾到电除尘系统的要求,正确选择增湿塔和电除尘器,投运后应根据窑尾系统的特点,协调好窑、增湿塔、电除尘器和粉磨工艺之间的关系,做好操作、维护和保养工作。

There are several process arrangements for waste gas utilization or exhaust from PC kiln systems,and different performances will be presented to different process system matched with ESP.For these different systems,the designer should consider process scheme design simultaneously with ESP dedusting system and should select correct conditioning tower and ESP.During operation,harmonization among kiln,conditioning tower,ESP and grinding system should be coordinated according to the properties of kiln system,and maintenance work together with repair plans should be scheduled.
