摘要
我国公路建设与占用土地资源的矛盾越来越突出,特别是东北农耕区,地势平坦,绝大多数公路路堤为两侧取土填筑,占用了大量基本农田。降低路基高度是减少占地的重要手段之一。通过分析路基高度偏高的历史和技术等原因,分析路基高度与路基土方数量及横向占地面积之间的关系,论述了降低路基高度的技术可行性,并给出了经济合理性分析的基本思路。
In recently, the inconsistency between highway construction and land resources is more obvious than before in China, especially in plantation at the northeast area where the hypsography is plainess, but most highway have higher roadbed than plantation and the soil in the two sides of highway is used to build the roadbed, so a great quantity of plantations are impropriated. Reducing the height of roadbed is the important measure to reduce the land using in construction. In this paper the reasons of higher roadbed occuring in construction are analyzed firstly, and then the relationships of roadbed's height, quantites of earthwork and land using are obtained, and last, the technical feasibility of reducing the height of roadbed is discussed and the elementary ideas of economic rationality in reducing the height of roadbed is presented.
