摘要
农村公路的社会经济效益是评价项目实施效果的重要依据。在分析了农村公路社会经济效益的产生机理的基础上,建立了一套较完善的农村公路社会经济效益评价指标体系。以浙江省"乡村康庄工程"项目为例,对本文建立的体系进行了检验,取得了较好的使用效果。
The evaluation of the social and economic benefits of rural highways is an important basis for effective implementation of the project. On the basis of the analysis of the mechanism of making the social and economic benefits of rural highways, the relatively sound evaluation index system for social and economic benefits of rural highway is set up. Taking the projects of ＂Project for the broad road of rural areas＂ in Zhejiang Province for instance, the system in this paper is tested and the good results are achieved.
