摘要
电子支付系统是采用预付卡作为高速公路的支付手段,可有效缓解高速公路收费处车辆堵塞问题,提高收费车道的服务水平,具有较强的实用性。电子支付系统的实施为ETC的推广应用奠定了基础。在分析电子支付系统目的和意义的基础上,详细设计了电子支付系统的总体方案、网络结构及软件逻辑结构。根据电子支付系统的业务特点,研究了电子支付系统结算模式,并详细分析了预付卡的结算流程。
The electronic payment system （EPS） utilizes prepaid cards as the means of expressway toll collection. It effectively mitigates the vehicle jams in the expressway toll station, enhances the service level of toll lane, and has the strong practicality. The implementation of the EPS establishes the foundation for the popularization of the ETC systems. On the basis of the analysis of EPS goal and the significance, the overall precept and network architecture of the EPS are designed in detail. The settlement pattern is provided according to the service characters of EPS, and the settlement flow of prepaid cards is analyzed.
