高职财经类专业学生职业能力体系及培养策略

The vocational ability system and cultivation strategies for vocational college students majoring at finance and commerce

关于职业能力的培养设计有多种实践,但针对财经类专业特色的职业能力培养体系并未积累较多的成功经验。我院作为财经类专业为主体的学院,坚持财贸人才培养特色,通过实践开发了基于就业市场财经类人才需求特点的无差异和有差异相结合职业能力培养体系,开设一系列具有财贸特色的新课程,并在情境体验式教学上进行了有益的尝试。

In the National Work Meeting of Vocational Education, Premier Wen jiabao addressed again the importance of reforming the vocational education program in that focusing on students＇vocational ability to cultivate the talent integrating hands and brain, work and learning. How to develop students＇vocational ability has become the essential problem of vocational education. There are some plans and practices to develop vocational ability, but we are still lack of successful experiences in vocational ability developing programs specially focusing on specialty of finance and commerce. As a college with most majors covering finance and commerce, we hold on the characteristic of cultivating financial and commercial ability and designed the vocational ability developing program combining the trainings contents of non - difference and with - difference based on the analysis of the need of labor markets for financial and commercial professionals. We set up a series of new curriculum featuring on finance and commerce and carried out some good tries on the instruction approaches based on situation and experience.
