摘要
信息技术在教育中应用的必要性以及信息技术教育应用的评判标准是教育信息化工作的两个首要和根本的问题。无论是从宏观的社会的生产方式与教育方式的协调关系角度,还是从微观的信息技术本身在实现教育目标和培养新型人才方面所具有的潜能角度进行分析,教师应用信息技术进行教学都是非常必要的,正确选择并恰当应用信息技术是教师专业能力的重要组成部分。根据科学与技术的联系与区别,信息技术教育应用的评判标准应当是信息技术教育应用的有效性,即它作为手段是否促进了人的发展这个根本的教育目的的有效实现。然而,大多数教育信息化的实践却重建设轻应用,导致出现了很多偏差。如何科学理性地开展教育信息化的工作是当前教育发展所需要和必须的。
There are two fundamental issues in applying IT to Education, that is, its necessity and standards of evaluation. However, many educators have not clearly realized them, a phenomenon that has resulted in false understanding and practices. This paper addresses the necessity from two aspects, one being the mapping relationship between social production mode and education mode, and the other the potentials of IT for realizing educational goals. The second part of this paper is about the standards of evaluating IT in education. It discusses the matter from the perspective of the differences and relationship between science and technology as well as that of the system ideology.
