Preparation of flexible heat insulating coatings for inorganic exterior-wall material

以弹性丙烯酸乳液为成膜物,以玻化微珠、空心玻璃微珠、膨胀蛭石、岩棉纤维为填料,在助剂的配合下,制备柔性保温隔热涂料。以薄涂型施工于建筑外墙作保温层,其涂层具有生态环保、安全稳固、保温隔热、防水防火、柔韧抗裂、施工简便等优点,适用于夏热冬暖、夏热冬冷地区的建筑物外墙作保温施工。

The flexible heat insulating coatings are made with elastic acrylic latex as binder,and vitreous micro- bead,hollow glass micro-bead,intumescent vermiculite and mineral cotton fiber as fillers and also with additives. Applied on architectural exterior-wall as heat-insulating layer,the coatings are of ecological protection,safety and soundness,heat-insulating,water-and fire-proofing, good flexibility and crack-resistance and convenient application,suitable for the exterior-wall protection of hot summer and warm winter zone and hot summer and cold winter zone.
