以轧辊感应热处理后淬硬层深度为研究对象,建立了TTT图的预测模型、温度场的计算模型、组织转变产物及硬度的计算模型,并以此为基础,建立了轧辊淬硬层深度的预测系统,为轧辊制造生产提供了设计依据。

A prediction system dealing rolls has been established .This system curve of roll steel when a work piece is with the hardening penetration of induction heat treated is based on a series of mathematical models involving TTT , temperature field of work continuously cooled and final piece , transformed fraction in microstructure hardness distribution .
