This paper mainly explores and analyzes the Kistch phenomenon in current art and life. It argues that Kitsch is an over connotation of the original event. As a false-sublime(or cheat or flam)and a spiritually downward movement, it may lead to national moral aberrance and collapse as far as the establishment of harmonious society are concerned. Kitsch is neither sublime nor beauty in a contrast to the curry favor of vulgar. In a broad sense, Kitsch is originated from human's pursuit for the meaning of life. In a narrow sense, according to Mr. Kundra, it is related to the centralized politics in the Middle and Eastern Europe. Because Kitsch has substitutions, it is difficult to get rid of it. Nevertheless, there are ways to deal with it. We may depend on rationality and conscience, with a regard to the part of individual, and depend on education and rewards or penalties from a regard to the part of government.
