摘要
采用常压密闭缺氧及化学性缺氧模型,研究了牛磺酸对小鼠的抗缺氧作用,并测定了牛磺酸对血红蛋白含量和红细胞数的影响,同时就牛磺酸对H2O2诱导的小鼠红细胞溶血作用的影响做了初步探讨.结果表明,牛磺酸能显著延长常压密闭缺氧小鼠的存活时间,但不能延长氰化钾、亚硝酸钠中毒缺氧小鼠的存活时间.牛磺酸对小鼠血红蛋白含量与红细胞数均无影响,但对H2O2诱导的小鼠红细胞溶血具有明显的抑制作用.
The taurine's effect on anti-anoxia of mice was studied and the influences of hemoglobin content and erythrocyte number were determined by using the models of obturating anoxia at normal pressure and chemical anoxia.At the same time,the effect of taurine on erythrocytic hematolysis of mice induced by H2O2 were preliminarily investigated.The results showed that taurine could significantly prolong the survival time of mice in the environment of obturating anoxia at normal pressure,but could not prolong the survival time of the poisoning anoxia mice induced by KCN or NaNO2.Taurine had no influence on both hemoglobin content and erythrocyte number of mice but could significantly inhibit erythrocytic hematolysis of mice induced by H2O2.
