摘要
建立了圆柱形固态物料的二维热质传递数学模型并进行了数值模拟。采用变时间步长法对所建立的模型进行求解,获得了物料内部的温度分布及水分升华速率。最后通过实验表明,实验结果与理论计算值能很好的吻合,从而验证了模型的正确性。这项工作比目前或局限于一维模拟、或模型过于简单、适用范围窄的研究更进了一步,对工程实践具有一定的指导作用。
The model of the column solid material was established. Using changer-time way, it was obtained that the changer of the temperature and the velocity of sublimation. Experiment study showed the results of experiment and simulation can tally well, thus validated the correctness of the model. Compared with the present studies in which the model was constructed but not solved, or the model was solved, but too simple and could not be used widely, these works have made an advance. The result can guide operation in engineering practice.
