Evaluation of Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte Subpopulation in Sjogren Syndrome Patients

本文采用间接免疫萤光法,用抗人T细胞亚群单克隆抗体,测定12例SS患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,结果发现,与正常对照者相比,CD3降低,CD4升高,CD8升高,CD4/CD8降低,经过统计学处理,CD3两组间有显著差别(P<0.05),CD4两组间无显著差别(P>0.05),CD8两组有非常显著差别(P<0.01),CD4/CD8两组间有非常显著差别(P<0.01).

Human T lymphocyte subpopulation monoclonal antibody was used to detect T lymphocyte subpopulation in 12 cases with Sjogren Syndrome by indirect immunofluorescence technique. We found that there was significant difference between SS patients and normal controls, with CD3 and CD4/CD8 lower (P<0, 05) ,CD8 higher (P<0. 01), in patients than in the controls (P<0. 01), but there was no difference between tow groups on CD4 value (P>0. 05).
