摘要 弱激光生物刺激效应可应用于创伤治疗中,促进创伤愈合、预防与治疗创伤感染和缓解创伤疼痛等。对其机理和影响疗效的因素已有大量的研究,虽然机理研究的深度和广度还不够,如针对不同创伤使用的激光波长、功率和剂量等参数还有待深入研究,但临床研究证实,弱激光疗法用于创伤治疗具有良好的疗效和应用前景。 Low-level laser biostimulation can be applied in wound therapy to speed up the wound healing, prevent infection and relieve the pain. Although it is still a problem how to select the laser wavelength, power and dose for different wounds because of its unclear mechanism, it has been proved that LLLT has good curative effect and application prospect in wound healing.
