Development and manufacture of WDJ-CP-1 dermabrasive cosmetic instrument

目的:研制新一代擦皮整容机,并探讨其临床应用价值。方法:采用医用无刷永磁直流电动机,研制出WDJ-CP-1型擦皮整容机,临床应用296例。结果:WDJ-CP-1型擦皮整容机体积小、噪声低、经久耐用、操作简单、可以高温高压消毒、磨削率高,安全可靠。结论:WDJ-CP-1型擦皮整容机是目前国内擦皮整容术的良好工具,值得推广。

Objective To develop and manufacture new-type dermabrasive cosmetic instrument and investigate its clinical value. Mothods WDJ-CP-1 dermabrasive cosmetic instrument was developed by using medical brushless magdyno and then was applied to 296 cases. Results WDJ-CP-I dermabrasive cosmetic instrument had such advantages as small volume, lower noise, long duration of life, simple operation, high-temperature ＆ high-pressure sterilization, safety, high dermabrasive rate, ect. Conclusion WDJ-CP-I dermabrasive cosmetic instrument is a good tool for dermabrasion and is worth popularizing.
