基于模糊综合评价和人工神经网络的投标决策方法

摘要 投标决策的理论、方法与应用研究是当前建筑施工领域中非常重要的研究课题。尝试将模糊综合评价与神经网络这两种典型的数据挖掘方法结合起来应用于投标决策。以确定对最终投标决策影响较大的几项因素以及如何确定这此因素与最终投标选择之间的关系。利用模糊综合评价方法弥补神经网络的不可解释性,利用神经网络摆脱决策的随即性和不确定性。以实现二者的优势互补,从而使投标决策过程更加科学合理。 The theory of tender offers decision- making, method and application study are significant research topics in the field of building operation, how to confirm the factors, which have bigger influences, and how to confirm the relations between the factors and final tender choosing. The thesis combined vague synthesis assessment and NN to use them in biding decision making,and used ague synthesis assessment method to repair the explainability of N N,at the same time, used N N to get rid of the randomicity and unconfirmation. And to expect to achive the adventages" match between the vague synthesis assessment and NN,and so be suitable in the decisim making scientifically.
