摘要
人与环境相互作用理论在管理学文献中已经盛行了将近100年,人与环境匹配已发展成为一个复杂的多维结构。文章概述了国外关于人与环境匹配研究的最新进展,分析了人与环境匹配各层次之间的相互关系。
Theories of person-environment (PE) interaction have been prevalent in the management literature for almost 100 years, person-environment fitness has been become a complex multidimensional structure. In this paper,a brief review was made on the development of the research on person-environment fitness abroad, and the interrelation of each dimension on person-environment fitness was analyzed.
