摘要
通过分析钦州市雷电活动的一般特点和雷电灾害发生的成因和特点;从又好又快地推进雷电业务轨道建设的高度上提出了防御雷电灾害的对策。
This paper having analyzed the thunder and lightning＇s cause and characteristics and the causes of lightning in Qin Zhou City. Some useful relations for the prediction of lightning and the protection against lightning are obtained.
