从雷电的基本特性及雷电对石油气、库的危害分析入手,介绍了防雷措施的主要技术要求,采取合理、安全可靠的措施来防止油库雷击事故的发生。
Based on the primary feature of the lightning and its damage to the oil depot, the main technological demands and the counter measures are put forward to protect the oil depot from the lightning attack.
