摘要 观察高压氧对脑外伤后脑水肿及一氧化氮的影响。方法:建立大鼠液压脑外伤模型,采用生化、放免等方法观察脑外伤后不同时期高压氧(HBO)治疗组和未治疗组血浆一氧化氮(NO)、脑组织NO、环磷酸鸟苷酸(cGMP)及脑组织含水量的变化,并进行病理学检查。结果:HBO治疗组血浆NO、脑组织含水量、腋组织NO及cGMP较未治疗组均有不同程度下降(P<0.05)。脑组织含水量与血浆NO及脑组织NO、cGMP之间呈正相关关系(r=0.3414、0.3819、0.4804、P<0.05),病理检查可见HBO治疗组脑组织损伤较轻。结论:HBO能减轻脑外伤后脑水肿,并抑制脑外伤后NO的过量生成。HBO减轻脑外伤后脑水肿的机制与NO有关。 Objective : To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)to nitric oxide xnd cerebral ede- ma after brain injury . Methods :The experimental rats were formed the brain injury model ,which were re- sulted from the fluid - percussion means. They were divided into HBO group and control group ( without HBO treatment) , The level of nitric oxide in plasma and brain tissue ,cGMP and moisture cuntent of brain tissue were observed by biochemistry and radioimmunoassay at various period. In the meantime , the histopathology was also examined. Results : The above indexes in HBO group were lower than those of con- trol group in different extent (P<0. 05). There was a positive correlation among the moisture content ,ni- tric oxide and cGMP of brain tissue. The histological exammation showed that the brain damage was slight in HBO group , too. Conclusion , These findings indicate that the HBO can reduce the cerebral edema and in- hibit the formation of nitric oxide excessively after brain injury. While it is suggested that cerebral edema improvement is related to level of nitric oxide.
