The paper describes the work flow of GIS on Application of RTK and Total Station that gather the data, and analyses the method gathering, dispatching and disposing the controlling points and scattered points by the case. That the dispatching controlling pints as the original surveying data enters survey adjustment in order to get the controlling-point coordinates, then disposes the scattering points and inputs the results by the ＊.dat format to the computer to mapping. The paper gives the benefit discussions including avoiding the surveyor entering the same working region repeatedly, reducing the workload, improving the precision and convenient for mapping.
