摘要
以往的组织理论研究大都停留在对常规组织的考察上,在人类进入21世纪之际,任务型组织作为一种组织现象日益显性化,为了实现对这类组织的科学管理,为了保证这类组织在人类社会生活中充分发挥作用,需要对它加以研究。任务型组织大致可以分为三类:(1)单一任务组织,(2)多元任务组织,(3)延展任务组织。任务型组织的研究将为当前人们日益关注的危机管理、复杂性和不确定性的社会事务处理等提供一条全新的思路。
The previous theoretical researches on organization mainly stagnate in the form of the routine inspection. In the 21 st century, the task-oriented organization takes on growing dominance day by day as an organization phenomenon. In order to realize the scientific management of these organizations and ensure that the organizations fully perform their functions in social life, we need to conduct researches on it. The task-oriented organization can be roughly divided into three categories: (1) single-task organization; (2) multi-task organization; (3) extended-task organization. The research on task-oriented organization will provide a new way for those concerned with crisis management and the business community of complexity and unce/tainty.
