摘要
了解紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法对老年糖尿病足的疗效。方法：采用紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗老年糖尿病足１７例，并设对照组比较血糖、患肢末端血氧饱和度、足背静脉血气及疗效。结果：在血糖控制良好的基础上，治疗组患肢末端血氧饱和度明显提高（Ｐ＜０．００５），ＰＶＯ＿２明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＰＶＣＯ＿２升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），两组疗效差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗老年糖尿病足疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。
Objective : To investigate the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygen ( UBIO) on the senile persons with diabetic feet. Methods , 17 senile persons with diabetic feet were treated with UBIO combined with the conventional comprehensive trestment ,and another 15 cases as a control group were on- ly treated with the conventional comprehensive treatment. Then the blood glucose (Including the fasting blood glucose)PCO_2,PVCO_2,and SaO_2 were measured and compared.Results:After the treatment,the blood glucose was all improved in both groups. The level of affected limb peripheral SaO2 and PVCO_2 was obviously raised , the PVO_2 was obviously decreased in the UBIO group.There was a significant difference in both groups.Conclusion:UBIO has a better effect in treatment of senile persons with diabetic feet.This method is worth to spread.
