减肥药物最新研究进展

摘要减肥药物按作用机制可分为3类:抑制食欲药物和抑制肠道消化吸收药物与增加能量消耗药物。现分别介绍上述各类中的代表性药物和正处于临床前研究阶段、有开发前景药物的最新研究进展。 Anti-obesity drugs may be categorized into 3 types according to their mechanism of actions： appetite-suppressing drugs, digestion and absorption-repressing drugs and energy expenditure-enhancing drugs. This review presents recent research progresses of anti-obesity drugs, examples some promising advance that are under clinical or pre-clinical phases.
