胡锦涛的网络文化观的主要内容是发展中国特色的网络文化,强调创新精神,加强对网络文化的建设和管理,侧重于保护青少年。胡锦涛网络文化观是马克思主义文化观在当今时代的新的发展和实际运用,对于中国网络文化的发展具有很大的指导意义。
HU Jin-tao＇s idea for network of cultural development of network is the main content of the network culture with Chinese characteristics, which stresses the spirit of innovation, strengthens the building of a culture of network and management, and focuses on the protection of young people. Hu＇s network culture is Marxist culture in the contemporary era of new development, and has great significance for practical application of the cultural development of China＇s Internet.
