摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法对鸡骨香根挥发油成分进行分析,用气相色谱面积归一法测定了各成分的相对质量分数.从鸡骨香根挥发油中分得43个峰,鉴定出33种成分,大约占挥发油总质量的90%.其中主要成分为匙叶桉油烯醇、甘菊环类、Hexahydro-2,5,5-trim ethyl-2H-2,4 a-ethanonaphthalen-8(5H)-one等.
A volatile oil from the root of Croton crassifolius was extracted by steam distillation and the chemical eonstituents were analyzed by capillary GC-MS method. A relative content of each component is calculated by area normalization. More than 43 peaks are observed, 33 among them were identified. Main volatile components are azulene, spathulenol, hexahydro-2, 5, 5-trimethyl-2H-2, 4a-ethanonaphthalen-8(5H) -one etc.
