摘要
作为路面排水基层的多孔混凝土,在具备一定力学强度的同时,应有足够的排水能力。表征多孔混凝土排水性能的主要指标为空隙率和渗透系数,空隙率又分为全空隙率和有效空隙率。采用体积法试验测试多孔混凝土的空隙率,并利用自行研制的渗透仪测试多孔混凝土的渗透系数。试验结果表明:多孔混凝土有效空隙率随全空隙率的增大而增大,有效空隙率与全空隙率的比值亦随之增大,二者之间存在二次项关系;渗透系数与空隙率之间存在幂指数关系,渗透系数随空隙率的增大而增大;抗压强度与空隙率之间存在线性相关性,随空隙率增大,抗压强度逐渐降低。
As drainage base course, the porous concrete should have enough permeable ability as well as a certain strength. The porosity and permeability coefficient are the main drainage character targets of porous concrete with the former distinguished as whole porosity and effective porosity. The porosities of porous concrete were tested by using volume method, and the permeability coefficients of porous concrete were measured with the permeameter developed by the authors. The test results show that: the effective porosity and the ratio of effective porosity to whole porosity both increase with the whole porosity's increasing, and there exists binomial relationship between them; there is power exponential relationship between permeability coefficient and porosity, and the permeability coefficient increcses with the increasing of porosity; there is liner relationship between compression strength and porosity, and the compression strenghth decreases with the increasing of porosity. 4 tabs, 6 figs, 10 refs.
