X荧光光谱法在竖罐炼锌进炉锌精矿中的应用

摘要 本文研究了在竖罐炼锌中,利用荧光快速、准确、及时的指导配料及原料卸车工作。快速分析进炉矿中锌、铅、镉、硫、铜、铁,为下一道工序湿团配料提供真实可信的数据。考察了仪器的动态,静态,压片精密度等,选择了仪器的最佳操作条件和最佳工作曲线。通过精密度和准确度的测量,结果表明:该法简便快捷,精密度高,准确度好,完全满足指导车间配料的要求。 The research on using the X- ray fluoresent spectrometry that is a rapid,accurate and timely determining method was performed. Rapid analysis of the contents of zinc, lead, cadmium, sulfur, copper and iron in the zinc concentrates feeding in furnace can provide real and creditable date for following operation of wet briquetting burden, The dynamic characteristics and static characteristics of the instrument and the precision of briquettlng were explored. The optimal operational conditions and operating curve of the instrument were selected. Research results showed that the analytical method is simple and rapid, and the precision and accuracy are satisfactory. It can satisfy the requirements to quide burden of workshop.
