摘要
研究了成品油顺序输送的优化决策技术,提出了两个优化决策模型及相应的电费节省评价方法。在成品油顺序输送过程中,对管道油流,满足泵站进、出压力约束的条件,选择最佳的泵组合及尽可能小的节流量,在以上的前提下,模型Ⅰ是以最大通过能力输送,保证各泵站电费之和最小;而模型Ⅱ则保证在规定的时间内完成计划输送,并使总电费最省。该优化模型Ⅰ和Ⅱ可用于制定成品油的输送计划及最佳运行方案。分别给出了模型Ⅰ和模型Ⅱ的目标函数及边界条件,并通过实例模拟计算,表明两种优化模型节省电费效果明显。
The optimization strategy on batch transportation ofoil product has been studied, and two optimization models as well as their corresponding methods for the electricity 'charge saving estimation are proposed. The model I and Ⅱ can be used to work out the transportation schedule and the optimal operation program. The objective functions and boundary conditions of the two models are respectively given. Through the simulating calculations with case,the results show that the electricity charge saving is obvious by means of the two models.
