摘要
使蚕丝蛋白与丙烯腈在硫氰酸钠水溶液中共聚,得到蚕丝蛋白丙烯腈共聚物。实验表明,随着蚕丝蛋白质量分数的增加,共聚物的非水溶性下降。用蚕丝蛋白质量分数为75%的蚕丝蛋白改性丙烯腈共聚物溶液以不同比例与常规腈纶纺丝原液共混并纺丝,得到蚕丝蛋白质量分数不同的蚕丝蛋白改性聚丙烯腈纤维(SPMAF)。对SPMAF的分析测试表明。当蚕丝蛋白的质量分数超过20%时,纤维的断裂强度开始明显下降;蚕丝蛋白的质量分数对SPMAF的断裂伸长的影响不大;蚕丝蛋白的引入可以大大提高SPMAF的保水和导湿性能。
Copolymer of fibroin and acrylonitrile was produced through copolymerization of fibroin and acrylonitrile in sodium sulfocyanate solution. Experiment showed that with the increase of mass fraction of fibroin,the non water - solubility of copolymer decreased. Fibroin modified polyacrylonitrile fiber (SPMAF) with different fibroin mass fraction was gained through blending of fibroin modified acrylonitrile copolymer solution with fibroin mass fraction of 75% and conventional acrylonitrile spinning solution at different ratios. Analysis and testing on SPMAF showed that when mass fraction of fibroin was over 20% ,the breaking strength of fiber began to decrease markedly; mass fraction of fibroin affected little on breaking and stretching of SPMAF; and that introduction of fibroin could greatly improve the water retention property and moisture transporting capacity of SPMAF.
