气相流化床反应器内聚合物结块的检测

摘要 对某聚乙烯装置气相流化床反应器的声波信号进行的监测表明,流化床内产生颗粒结块时,声波信号的频率由高频向低频转移,声波能量检测值显著降低。根据这一特点,利用声检测技术,结合对声波信号的分析,建立了一种简单、快捷的检测方法,实现了对流化床中结块的实时监控。 Detection on the acoustic signal of gas - phase fluidized bed reactor in a PE plant showed that acoustic signal transferred from high frequency to low frequency and the detected value of sound wave energy decreased markedly when grain agglomeration generated in the fluidized bed. Based on this feature, a simple and shortcut detecting method was invented with acoustic detecting technology in association with analysis on acoustic signal,which realized real -time monitor on agglomeration in fluidized bed.
