摘要
橡胶集料混凝土作为一种新型混凝土材料具有极好的抗裂性能,良好的抗冲击载荷和能量耗散能力,作新型的路面材料非常适用。通过对掺入较高比例的橡胶集料混凝土(最高可达150kg/m3)的抗折试验,分析了橡胶集料混凝土抗折强度的主要影响因素,建立抗折强度的经验公式,并对公式的合理性进行验证。然后对橡胶集料混凝土的抗折强度与抗压强度之间的相关关系进行讨论。
As a new style material in concrete field, crumb rubber concrete is provided with periect ability of holding back crack, beuer rcsistance to shock load and better energy dissipation, and is very suitable for new pavement material. The primary study on bending slrength of crumb rubber concrete is done. The main factors of affecting bending strength of crumb rubber concrete are analyzed by the study on bending strength of crumb rubber concrete with more crumb rubber ( max to 150kg/m^3 ), and empirical formula is created, also, the rationality of the formula is validated. It is discussed and analyzed that the correlation between bending strength and compressive strength of crumb rubber concrete, and the corresponding empirical formula is also created.
