摘要
本研究通过对人工骨及人工骨微孔理论的借鉴,利用三维建模技术和有限元分析技术,找到力学性能和自然骨相似的微孔结构。其方法为:利用Pro/E三维软件对三种微孔结构单元体进行建模,导入ADINA8.3.1中进行应力和应变分析。其结果:通过比较,开口球状网络模型在骨屈服力作用下,应力应变最小,满足人骨所需要的力学性能。这为下一步梯度孔和激光烧结成型人工骨研究奠定基础。
Purpose, Use theoretic of bionic bone and its microstructure for reference, find the similar bone microstructure as bone via the Three-Dimensional modeling and Finite-Element Analysis. Methods, The three bone microstructure are modeling depending on Pro/e software. Analyze the stress and strain of the model under the pressure in ADINA8.3.1 software. Results, the results of three models are compared with each other. The sphere-Net model is the best way to bionic bone: the little stress and strain for the same pressure. It also provides the help for the grads microstructure and SLS.
