摘要
针对钢管企业分类编码规则多、原材料数量大的特点,开发计算机辅助编码系统以提高信息编码效率。在分析码段填充类型与数据库存储模型的基础上,提出计算机辅助编码的运行流程。编码生成向导在编码规则的作用下,对不同类型码段进行相应处理,以人机交互的方式辅助代码生成。通过在某钢管企业PDM系统中的实际应用,证明该系统具有高效率和模块化的特点。
For the large numbers of information classification coding rules and components in the steel tube enterprise, a computer-aided coding system is developed to improve the efficiency of classification coding of components. Based on the analysis of the code segments which classified by their input feature, the process of computer-aided coding is put forward. The coding is created by a guide with different processes for different segment type in a manner of man-machine conversation. The effectiveness and modularity of the system is illustrated by the implementation in the PDM system within a steel tube enterprise.
