摘要
辊齿是双齿辊破碎机的关键部件,破碎机卡转对辊齿损坏最为严重。运用有限元法对卡转现象进行模拟并对辊齿强度进行了分析,结果表明这一方法是可行的,可为破碎机辊齿的强度设计提供参考。
Tooth is one of the key crusher parts. It will be damaged very severely when crusher is stuck suddently. Simulates the situation and makes an analysis of tooth strength. The result shows that the method proposed is visable. Provides a practicable method for strength design of tooth.
