气敏血液酒精浓度测定仪检测方法的研究及其应用效果评价

摘要 [目的]把气体传感器技术引入血液中酒精浓度测定中,从而为血液酒精浓度的测定探索一种全新的检测方法。[方法]通过准确度实验、精密度实验、干扰实验、最低检出限实验、样品的稳定性实验的验证,对其应用效果进行评价。[结果]稳定性实验显示,4℃冰箱下可保存3 d。与顶空气相色谱法进行比较,两方法均值在统计学上差异无统计学意义;加标回收率实验,高中低3种浓度的回收率分别是101.9%、101.1%、100.6%。重现性实验,高中低3种浓度相对标准差为1.7%~4.1%。浓度在0~1.58 mg/ml的范围内,具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9998。方法的检出限为0.003 mg/ml(分析时取0.5 ml血液)。人体血液中含有的氯化钠、糖、钙、镁、锌、铜等物质对本实验无干扰。[结论]本方法具有操作简便、能进行实时检测、灵敏度高、精密度好而成本又低的优点。 [Objective]To introduce the gas-sensor technique into the detection of blood alcohol concentration and explore a new kind of detecting method for it.[Methods]The evaluation of its application effect was accomplished by accuracy experiment,precious experiment,disturbance experiment,detection limit experiment and stability experiment.[Results]Stabile experiment showed that it could be preserved for 3 days in 4℃ refrigeratory.There was no statistical difference in the two methods of gas-sensor method and gas chromatogram method.The recovery rates of high concentration,middle concentration and low concentration were 101.9%,101.1% and 100.6% respectively.The RSD of high,middle and low concentration groups were from 1.7% to 4.1%.The curve had a good linearity relation in the range of 0-1.58 mg/ml.The correlative coefficient was 0.999 8.The detection limit was 0.003 mg/ml(0.5 ml blood was used).Sodium chloride,sugar,calcium,magnesium,zinc and copper in human blood did not have disturbance to the experiment.[Conclusion]This method has the merits of high sensitivity,high precision and low cost for detecting blood alcohol concentration,which is also convenient and suitable for real time testing.
