富铬酵母对糖尿病小鼠血糖和微循环的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]观察富铬酵母对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖水平和微循环的影响,探讨有机铬对糖尿病作用的机理和有效剂量。[方法]用链脲佐菌素诱导复制实验性糖尿病小鼠模型,分别以高、中、低剂量富铬酵母和二甲双胍进行干预,检测各组小鼠体重、血糖、微循环的变化。[结果]富铬酵母可以改善糖代谢和微循环,这种改善作用具有剂量依赖关系。[结论]富铬酵母可以作为治疗糖尿病的辅助性用药。 [Objective] To observe the effect of rich chromium yeast on the level of blood glucose and microcirculation of the experimental diabetic mouse, and explore the mechanism and effective dose of organic chromium to diabetes. [Methods] The experimental diabetic mouse model was duplicated with chain ulna. Each treatment group was intervened by rich chrominum yeast with high dose, medium dose and low dose and melbinum, then the body weight, the level of blood glucose, and the changes of microeireulation of each group were tested. [ Results] The rich chromium yeast could improve the sugar mctabolism in body and also had the effect on the improvement of the situation of mieroeirculation, which depended on the dosage. [Conclusion] Rich ehromiunl yeast can be used as a kind of auxiliary drug for treatment of diabetes.
