摘要
[目的]通过对我国公共卫生事业现状的总结和思考,探讨如何进行医学教育改革才能适应当今社会发展的需要。[方法]以突发性公共卫生事件为切入点,揭示我国医疗应急服务系统的现状,由此提出有关医学教育改革方面的几点建议。[结果]归纳出医学教育改革的几个方面:多层次教育体系并存;综合素质的培养;拓宽专业、改革教学内容;加强公共卫生人才的培养;改变教育形式和方法,增强创新意识的培养。[结论]深化医学教育制度改革是我国公共卫生事业的迫切要求。
[Objective]To detect how to carry out the reform of medical education in order to meet the needs of today＇s social development by summarizing and considering the current situation of public health care in our country.[Methods]Public health emergencies was used as a cutting point,the current situation of medical emergency service systems in our country were expressed,therefore some suggestion about the reform of medical education were put forward.[Results]Several respects of the reform of medical education were summed up：the multi-level education systems coexistence;the cultivation of synthesized quality;widening specialities and reforming the contents of courses;strengthening the cultivation of the talents of public health;changing the educational form and methods,and strengthening the cultivation of innovative consciousness.[Conclusion]It is the urgent requirement of public health of our country to deepen the reform of the system in medical education.
