菏泽市HIV感染者/AIDS病人流行病学分析

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF HIV/AIDS IN HEZE

[目的]了解菏泽市艾滋病流行现状,为制定防制对策提供科学依据。[方法]对菏泽市2000～2006年艾滋病血清学监测确认的HIV感染者/AIDS病人的有关资料进行分析。[结果]到2006年底,菏泽市累计报告HIV感染者/AIDS病人195例。其中男性108例,占55.38%,女性87例,占44.62%;职业以农民为主,182例,占93.33%;75.90%的感染者为20～49岁的青壮年。主要传播途径为经血液传播(140例,占71.80%,其中单采血浆者113例,占57.95%;输全血及血液制品者27例,占13.85%);其次是经性接触传播,26例(13.33%)。[结论]菏泽市近年艾滋病疫情发展明显加快,HIV感染者/AIDS病人主要为1994～1997年在地下采供血机构有偿供血的当地农民,按照艾滋病平均潜伏期8～10年来推测,近两年正是发病和死亡高峰期。

[Objective]To understand the epidemic status of HIV/AIDS in Heze,so as to provide scientific reference for making prevention and control strategies.[Methods]The data of HIV/AIDS confirmed in serologic surveillance from 2000 to 2006 were analyzed.[Results]By the end of 2006,accumulative 195 HIV/AIDS cases were reported,with 108 males,which accounted for 55.38%,and 87 females,which accounted for 44.62%;farmers accounted for 93.33%,being the highest profession group;75.90% of the HIV/AIDS cases were detected in the age group of 20-49.The major transmission route was blood（140,71.80%）,113（57.9%）of which were plasma providers,and 27（13.85%）of which were through whole blood and blood products transfusion.26（13.33%）cases were infected by sexual contact.[Conclusion]The HIV/AIDS epidemic significantly increase at a higher speed in recent years in Heze.The most of the HIV/AIDS cases discovered are farmers who provide blood for money in subterranean blood banks established in 1994-1997.According to the average incubation period of 8-10 years,the next two years will be the summit of incidence and death of HIV/AIDS in Heze.
