摘要
[目的]了解5年来河南省各类食品的化学污染状况。[方法]连续5年监测全省4个监测点市场销售的本地产食品。在严格的质量控制下,按照统一的方法检测。共对2476件主要食品及副食品样品,进行了重金属、农药残留等22个污染物指标的测定。共获得54426个有效监测数据。[结果]皮蛋中的铅、猪肾中的镉污染水平均较严重,蔬菜、水果、茶叶农药残留量检出率分别为21.0%、17.8%、45.0%,说明我省的农药污染状况不容乐观。[结论]我省皮蛋、猪肾受铅、镉污染较重,茶叶中农药残留情况较普遍,应引起各级政府部门的重视。
[Objective]To estimate the situation of the food chemical contamination in Henan.[Methods]The local food in four representative sampling places was monited within 5 years,under the strict quality control,by the unanimous method.2476 staple and no-staple food samples were collected by random sampling,twenty-two food contamination indexes such as heavy metals,organochlorinated,organophosphorus pesticides residues and so on were analyzed.There were total 54 426 significant data monitored from the survey.[Results]The contamination level of lead was higher in preserved eggs,and the levels of cadm was higer too in pig kidney.Additionally,the rate of organophosphorus pesticides residues was 21.0%,17.8% and 45.0% respectively in vagetables,fruits and teas,which indicated:the contamination situation of pesticides was serious in Henan province.[Conclusion]The contamination levels of lead and cadm are higher in preserved egg and pig kidney in Henan province.The government must pay attention to the condition.
