北京地区健康人大肠埃希菌耐药性与药敏方法评价

摘要 [目的]了解北京地区健康人大肠埃希菌耐药性,评价Vitek鉴定/药敏系统的可靠性。[方法]Vitek系统和K-B法测150株大肠埃希菌耐药性及产ESBLs率,平行试验比较两方法符合率。[结果]四环素耐药率最高63.3%,多重耐药率(耐受3种以上药物)53.3%,ESBLs阳性率3.3%。细菌多重耐药情况与年龄分布无关,两方法符合率较高。[结论]健康人大肠埃希菌对常用抗菌药物存在普遍抗性,应开展持续监测。 [Objection]To investigate antibiotic resistance in Escherichia coli strain isolates from healthy human in Beijing,evaluate the results of the Vitek system.[Methods]Detection for 21 common antibacterial and ESBLs by Vitek32 and K-B methods were conducted.The identification results between the two assays were compared.[Results]The resistant rate of E.coil to tetracycline was the highest(63.3%).The distribution of multi-drug resistance bacterium had no relationship between ages.The coincidence of the results between the two assays was high.[Conclusion]There is general antibiotic resistance to normal antibiotics in 150 Escherichia coli isolates from healthy human.The results highlight the need for surveillance of bacteria antibiotic resistance of asymptomatic carriers.
