摘要
加快科技成果转化与应用是提高科技成果转化为现实农业生产力的速度和水平,提升农业发展规模和产业基础的重要保证。依靠科技进步,我国橡胶产业在科技成果转化方面取得了显著成绩。但还存在科技成果转化渠道不畅、科技转化为农业现实生产力的速度不快、科技成果转化应用率不高等问题,这影响着橡胶产业的进一步发展与升级。本文阐述了我国天然橡胶产业发展及科技成果转化状况、橡胶生产中存在的主要问题等,以期为加快我国天然橡胶科技成果转化应用,促进产业发展升级提供参考。
Accelerated transfer and application of scientific and technological results is to enhance the speed and level of transforming the results into agricultural productivity, and is an important guarantee for upgrading of the rubber industry scale. Rubber industry systems have made a good progress in transfer of sci-tech results in recent years. But there are some problems in their transfer and application, which affect further development and upgrading of the natural rubber industry. This paper describes development status and transfer and application of scientific and technological results and the main problems in natural rubber industry, which provides reference for boosting development and upgrading of the natural rubber industry.
