摘要
从波动理论出发,分析了半导体激光器与光纤耦合的理论,讨论了实现半导体激光器和光纤耦合的方法,其中锥端球面微透镜耦合效率可达到80%,展望了半导体激光器和光纤耦合技术的发展前景。
This paper proceeds from fluctuation theory of the optic fiber, has analysed the principle and method the techniques of Laser Diodes to fibers coupling. The coupling efficiency of optic fiber of the sphere and awl lens can up to 80 % among them. Finally, the recent development of it is briefly discussed.
