GIS支持下的土地征用综合价格区片划分研究——以济源市为例

A Study on Area Division of Area Price in the Farmland Requisition in the Supporting of GIS——-Take Jiyuan city for example

基于GIS空间分析技术,采用Delphy方法进行评价因素、因子的选取及权重的确定,运用空间分析技术确定各行政村单元的总分值,最后采用总分值频率直方图法进行土地质量的综合评定。着重论述了空间分析在征地区片综合地价测算中的应用,如扩散分析、叠置分析、缓冲区分析等,结合区片划分实例,说明其在土地征用综合价格区片划分中的应用。

Based on the GIS space analysis technology, the paper uses the Delphy method to select the appraisal factor and element ,and determines the weight , and then determines the total score of various administrative villages unit by using the spatial analysis technology, finally uses the total score value frequency histogram method to evaluate the land quality comprehensively. It elaborated emphatically applications of the spatial analysis in the comprehensive evaluation of land price, such as the diffusion analysis, the superposition analysis, the buffer analysis and so on, connects with the example of area division to clarify the application of area price division in the farmland requisition.
