摘要
在中外交流中,中华饮食文化扮演着越来越重要的角色。中国菜名折射出中华民族绚丽的饮食文化,恰当翻译这些菜名对于中华美食的发扬光大有着重要意义。
In the communication between China and other countries, China food culture is playing a more important role. Names of China dishes reflect the magnificent food culture of China, therefore,, how to translate the dish names is very important for developing the delicious China food.
