摘要
目的探讨肝癌组织中环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,Cox-2)的表达与肝癌微小转移之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学生物素化过氧化物酶复合物(SABC)法,检测44例原发性肝癌手术切除肝癌组织中Cox-2表达;应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测原发性肝癌患者外周血中AFP-mRNA。结果肝癌组织中Cox-2表达阳性率为41.6%(18/44),外周血甲胎蛋白信使核糖核酸(AFP-mRNA)阳性率25%(11/44),其中Cox-2表达阳性者中,AFP-mRNA阳性者为9例,占50%(9/18),而Cox-2表达阴性者中,AFP-mRNA阳性者为2例,占7.7%(2/26),两者有显著性差异。结论肝癌组织中Cox-2表达与肝癌微小转移有相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship between Cox - 2 expression in tissue of liver cancer and micro - metastasis of liver cancer. Methods Forty four patients with primary liver cancer were included in this study. Immunohistochemistry and RT - PCR were used to detect the expression of Cox -2 protein in liver cancer tissue and AFP - mRNA in peripheral blood respectively. Results Cox -2 was positively expressed in 18 of 44 (41.6% ) liver cancer tissues; AFP - mRNA was positively expressed in 11 of 44 ( 25 % ) peripheral blood. AFP - mRNA was positively expressed in 9 of 18 ( 50% ) Cox - 2 positive subjects and 2 of 26 (7.7 % ) Cox - 2 negtive subjects respectively. Significant correlation was found between Cox - 2 expression in tissue and AFP - mRNA expression in peripheral blood. Conclusion The expression of Cox - 2 in the tissues of liver cancer was significantly correlated with metastasis of liver cancer.
