互动式教学法在《内科学》教学中的运用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨《内科学》教学中实施互动式教学法的效果。方法对2005级临床医学专业47名学生采用互动式教学法(实验组);对2004级临床医学专业47名学生采用传统式教学法(对照组),比较分析两组学生考试成绩。结果实验组学生考试成绩明显提高,与对照组相比有显著性的差异(P<0.01)。结论互动式教学法优于传统式教学法,有助于同步发展学生的知识和能力,提高教学效果。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of interactive teaching method in internal medicine teaching. Methods The interactive teaching method was applied to the test group which consisted of the clinical medicine students of Grade 2005 while the Grade 2004 students com- prising the control group only receiving the traditional teaching. The test scores of these two group students had been compared. Results The test scores of students in test group were obviously increased, there was a significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ) between these two groups. Conclusion Interactive teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching. It may help to develop the knowledge and ability of students synchronously, and therefore it improves the effectiveness of teaching.
