水分和NG迁移对分子筛改性包覆层性能的影响

摘要 包覆层的贮存时间和它与推进剂粘结的完整性对于发动机工作的可靠性来说是非常重要的。而水分是影响其贮存的一个重要因素,NG迁移则和包覆层与推进剂的粘结具有密切关系。将分子筛添加于包覆层中,可以很好的提高包覆层的力学性能。通过研究水分和NG迁移对包覆层性能的影响发现,加入分子筛后制得的包覆层吸水后力学性能基本无变化,并具有良好的抗NG迁移能力。 Storage time of coating and integrality of adhesion between coating and propellant is important to the reliability of engine. Moisture is an important factor influencing storage and NG's migration is related to the adhesion between coating and propellant. Adding molecular sieve to coating can apparently improve its mechanical property. Through the study of moisture and NG's migration to coating, it was found that coating filled with molecular sieve can resist NG's migration and its mechanical property is unchanged after absorbing moisture.
