摘要
英语的精确性和模糊性及其语用功能,语法规则性和语句的约定俗成不仅贯穿于人类的语言交际之中,而且始终反映在英语教学实践中。所以揭示这些特征,处理好这些特征之间的关系,改变教学观念,并倡导注重语言模糊性功能教学有助于学生们获得完整的语言知识,从而获得更好的交际能力。
Human language communication is permeated with precision and vagueness of language and their pragmatic functions, which are also reflected in our English language teaching. As a result, revelation of these intrinsic qualities, better handling of the relationships a- mong them, change of our teaching concepts and emphasis on pragmatic teaching of vague language help students acquire an integrity of knowledge, so that they can get better communicative ability.
