社会的快速发展给高校保卫工作提出了新的要求,而高校保卫工作在思想观念、人员素质、工作水平、专业知识与技能方面还存在不适应,指出加强对保卫工作重要性的认识,从个人素质与工作水平、理念与技术、制度建构与资金投入方面着手,进一步提高高校保卫工作管理服务水平。

Society＇ s fast development sets new requirements for university＇ s security work, while the university＇ s security still exists some non-adaptation, especially in terms of the idea, the personnel quality, the work level, the specialized knowledge and skills. And this article points out to recognize the importance of strengthening security work, with individual quality, the work level, the ideas, the skills, the system construction and fund investment beginning, further enhance the management and service level of university＇ s security work.
