摘要
通过分析目前我国中小企业存在的主要问题,提出了我国中小企业建立"委托-代理"业务外包战略联盟的必要性,并对其主要影响因素、基本原则和实施阶段做了详尽的阐述。
The necessity of setting up the principal-agent strategic alliance of outsourcing in small and medium-sized enterprises of China is proposed, by analyzing the major problems in them. The main influence factors, the basic principle and implement stage are expounded exhaustively.
